Here at Vanshe Society, we make your product to order. Our main goal is to keep you happy!
Please note that any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address -If you have placed the wrong address please contact us. Once the address has been updated you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Refunds - We do not refund orders, size exchanges are at your expense and discretion.
Faulty Items - We do return or replace if your item is faulty but there is a process. Please contact us by email on email@example.com, please leave a description, the invoice attached to the parcel and a few pictures as proof. We will then be in contact with you with the next steps.
